I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up. Best price I could find, delivery was a little slow and if I was to order again I wouldnt go for the anti slip option, not worth the extra money! Its a bit of a token gesture.
