We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. Although I find the service you provide in responding to, and following up on, orders to be very good, your website is most confusing. There is far too much peripheral clutter, but where precise detail matters, as in giving sufficient detail of individual items available (the different types of P trap lavatory, for example), there is only the vaguest information. Thus I ended up ordering the wrong type of lavatory for my existing system. My plumber will work his way round this, but all the same I feel let down.

Good service, and while there was a delay in supplying all the items I was kept fully informed of the progress of the order. You even sent the order in two deliveries as one item was outstanding. You couldnt have done any more. Thanks
