Lovely company to deal with, although the item went astray, the staff kept me up to date with progress without me having to chase it myself. Excellent customer relations. Kept up to date with regular e.mails re delivery which was appreciated.
The first delivery date offered, was, in my view far too long especially as the order was paid for up front.
