Very quick delivery. Unfortunately the light cover is too tight to get off even with this tool. However I can see that it will do the job under normal conditions.

After some delay in delivery due to being in lockdown and NHS requiring urgency on their washroom needs ,I was eventually given an acceptable date which got delivered as promised , so I am pleased with that . The product a washbasin tap was as requested and looks good . Yes I would deal with the company again as they keep you up to date with delivery progress.

I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. Order completed, very satisfied. I was able to obtain information promptly and updates were fine but I had to prompt to asscertan that the expected delivery was infact to be the actual, the day before delivery was due.
I would recomend and will use again provided the price is right.
Thanks.

What a great team of staff you have. Everyone I spoke to went out of their way to be helpful and they managed to supply the part I required even on 20th December!! I will recommend your Company to anyone and everyone I know who is needing the kind of items you supply. With many thanks and best wishes for a successful 2012.
