I only bought a replacement cistern lever for my Tiffany Suite but I was impressed with the level of service I got. I was very surprised to find the ceramic basin was shipped without any pagaging or protection - a risky strategy I would think.

It arrived on the day stated, three was in good order, however the fixing clips and seal were not present. Delivery driver was informed as it came from Wolsey parts center, said he would get one sent out but am still waiting for it. Luckily I was able to use the clips of the existing sink. Very poor.
