Before sending the chrome version, the team noticed that other parts on the order were in gold so contacted me to check before the order went ahead. Delivery was not as stated and when I rang to mention the item had not been delivered, I was was simply told I would receive a future email. This isnt good customer service. I rang you and hence Ii would expect a phone call back with email confirmation of when I could expect the item delivered.
