Good straightforward efficient service

Easy to order and free delivery too. Good experience. Thank you

The availability and the price of this product was second to none. Sadly the delivery service to the pick up depot was not to such a high standard as this very fragile part arrived in a less than adequate envelope broken despite being marked fragile. This was quickly replaced by you and was carefully looked after at the depot. An extra quid or so on better packaging would be better to speed delivery and reduce returns.

Great service. Could not believe how quick in receiving the part, but most of all the Mytub team are very friendly, helpful and courteous.
