Delay in getting the order to me because the item was discontinued but they did obtain it & send it. It arrived & a week later I got an email to say it would be delivered next Monday. Not impressed with that communication.

I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items.
