I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. Well done Inverness!

I have found your service well below par and your customer service terrible. The lack of awareness of where items are or when they are being delivered, no reply to repeated calls and miscommunication within your company have lead to me to cancel the entire order to days ago, and today Wolseley called to deliver items on Monday. I have communicated with too many different people and their seems to be a lack of ownership, knowledge and customer service.

Ordered one day, delivered the next working day. Exactly as described as no picture of item available, fits perfectly and superb, courteous service from all staff involved. I put this down to good old Northern common sense. Well done My Tub and thank you.

Best regards GB

Once the order was placed I was disappointed to find that the product was not available for prompt delivery and the email I received indicated that an order could be placed at additional cost of £6 VAT which I was not prepared to pay so asked for my order to be cancelled. I was then contacted by a very helpful lady, Christine, so said that a purchase order could be placed at no additional cost so my order was not cancelled. Shortly after that I received notification that the product would be delivered on a specified day which indeed it was. As a result I am very likely to use mytub for future orders and recommend them as a reliable and econom

Description of product was with SIDE or bottom supply. There is no side supply. Also described as having components pre-fitted, this is not true. I expect a partial refund for the inconvenience of this. Please respond.
