The Customer Service at mytub were exceptional. The Roca corner sink and towel rail I had been searching the internet for I could not locate anywhere, but a quick call to mytub, not only located the sink in the UK but also located the towel rail at the manufactures in Spain.
A friendly service, who kept me informed throughout the search.
Would highly recommend mytub.

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. Free delivery on orders over £25.00 should not mean second rate delivery especially when it ends up costing the customer. Companies who use the internet as the main portal for business must get the

Fast service, delivered in 3 days well within the 7 to 10 day estimate but I have to say when I read that I was put off and nearly went to another company. Product exactly as ordered.

The service was overall good.
Nevertheless the delivery charges should be made clearer as no explanation is made that items could be delivered separatly and different charges can apply.
