I received my order on the 7th July, which was the date confirmed. so I was happy with this.
Before I actually made the purchase, I made various queries regarding the product to ensure that it was the right one and Jeannette who dealt with my queries was very responsive, patience and helpful.
I am happy with my purchase with my tub as not only I received great customer service, you are also the cheapest I could find.

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. very good service. My order was dispatched speedily and delivered on time by a helpful courier. Product 1200 cotswold sliding shower door and frame is as described. Good quality at a good price especially with free delivery.
My only slight negative is that mytub do not stock a matching shower tray to fit the shower door so have had to look elsewhere and arrange a seperate delivery.
