Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.

Good website, very pleased with tap heads as I’ve been told I could no longer get them in Sheffield. Efficient service and updates on my order and delivery. Would recommend this company.

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. The unit has just arrived.Thank you.
I have to say that apart from the e-mail problem your customer service has been one of the best I have ever had.
Thanks again.

Top marks for customer support. New bath arrived with a couple of scuff marks on it. Contacted MyTub - staff were very helpful and the marked tub was picked up later that same day. New tub arrived in perfect condition a few days later. Nice bath and excellent service. Thanks.

Product matched expectation. Delivery was inconveniently delayed but service was exceptional.
I was kept well informed and knew mytub were proactively working to sort things out.
I would definitely recommend and use mytub again.
