I dont normally reply to requests for feedback BUT this time I was so impressed with service I had to send some positive feedback. You managed to supply items that I could not find elsewhere, there was a constant stream of status updates so I knew exactly what was happening. One part of the order was on a longish lead time and you despatched the rest of the order immediately and managed to improve the lead time of the remainder. The outstanding order was delivered exactly when you said it would be. This is delighting the customer service - brilliant!

MyTub puts its customers’ interests to the fore - the level of customer service that I have received has been outstanding. They have diligently followed up on a problem not of their making through to successful resolution. Well done MyTub!

Very good products and services, but i think the website design lets you down, spend some money on making it more easier to use, for example you want a shower tray, but you have to go through 20 odd other links,
more pictures and groupings needed. too much options,
apart form the website the phones service was very good and helpfull.
