Despite an serious error on my first order with MyTub I was suitably relieved to have the matter professioinally and honestly resolved as it was apprantly due to a typing error on your webpages which has subsequently been rectified. I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. The choice and fitting of this burner was non-trivial and I received entirely excellent advice on these matters from your sales team. A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... System repaired and customer happy.

The courier has tried to deliver my parcel twice but despite me putting a message on the order, which you acknowledged the courier wont leave the parcel so I am still waiting!
If I was honest the whole shopping experience with mytub has been a bit of a disappointment. I was told the item was in stock yet you gave an estimated delivery date of 10 days later. However you did change this to the 1212 after I emailed you which was good of you. But now I am now in the position of having to stay in all day Monday waiting for the courier to deliver despite you noting my message that the parcel could be left.
