My complete order arrived on the day specified. Thank you too for keeping me updated on the progress of that order. Much appreciated.

I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. Well done Inverness!

A great service although a bit slow on delivery but i think that was down to some confusion on the order but on the whole very good just waiting for the coal bed to come down a bit in price and i will be ordering again
many thanks
Terry.

Excellent service. Even sourced an obsolete product for me. The communications from Christine have been excellent - I would highly recommend.
