Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. In my original call the person on the end of the phone helped to locate which branch held the part I needed (you only had one) so I could add this to the comments on the order. I don't have her name but she was very helpful.
For security reasons,I don't usually like ordering on-line so would have preferred to order by phone.
