After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. Easy to order on website, however the statement on the website regarding free delivery on orders over £35 is misleading our order was over £50 but as it was not a stock item it cost £15 delivery. Not impressed.
Order arrived within 48 hrs after order, tin damaged but it didnt affect product.
