I was looking for a replacement valve and found the website very easy to navigate. I located the product and made telephone contact to ensure that the replacement item would fit my existing fittings. Order came on the day expected, but a week for a small part could be improved.
Part is slightly dented, not as a result of delivery, qa before packing would be good.
I havent fitted the part yet so hopefully the dent wont affect installation

Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the sink out of My Tubs control . I emailed MyTtub and Christine dealt with the problem immediately and I received a replacement in less than 24hrs. She provided excellent customer careafter sales service and is a credit to My Tub.

All worked well staff friendly and helpful. Paying with BACS catered for on ordering system. The two diff pressure sensors I ordered arrived well packaged and as ordered. Cant ask for more than that.
