I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. The order arrived at the date predicted. The order took some time to materialise due to. production problems at Potterton. The old central heating programmer is "behaving itself" at present but it will be replaced by the new one when it gives further trouble
