An excellent service.
Many thanks to Sam and Steve for their help in correcting my mistake in ordering the incorrect toilet seats, and then arranging timely delivery of the correct items.
As a result, MyTub will definitely be my first port of call for plumbing supplies in the future.
Thank you again. Frank

When the part I ordered went astray in the mail a replacement was sent out quickly and with no quibble. I think this a top class service and will buy again from MyTub.

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.
