The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. I would like to highly commend your service. I asked for something a little different, namely shipping items to Australia. Your staff we excellent at organising this. The first courier quote was excessive, but they kindly organised a second, and much more reasonable quote for international shipping. I wonder if it is possible to include an international shipping price estimate in your checkout section.

the part arrived although the outer packaging did not have the full address, but it did have the post code on it. The delivery operative had to open the packaging to get the full address of the invoice inside.

It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. A couple of glitches but nothing that would prevent me dealing with your company again. Thanks.
