Service was great but collection was not made by My Tub resulting in our delivery not being next day but the day after which affected progress on site, main problem it took my call to ascertain that delivery would be delayed, no-one called me ........

I knew I would have trouble trying to find the bathroom accessories as they were unavailable anywhere! However MyTub found the towel ring amongst their stock! They kept me informed of there search and the great outcome! They could have just said, sorry out of stock, discontinued, but no, they didnt give up and found the item!

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. Good price and delivered within three days as predicted on order. Many thanks indeed. I did really want a couple of the flexi couplings which are listed on the Grundfos literature as an option for this pump. Noone I spoke by phone or online really appeared to understand what I wanted so decided to source elsewhere when I could be more certain of what I would be getting.
