Hi yes I received it many thanks. Only one problem I thought the basin was included! I thought it was a very good price!!! Obviously too good to be true. Very good service- the shipping cost went up because of the end supplier. The gentleman at Mytub was so apologetic and was more upset than me about the increase! He is an asset to your business. The shipping was also very good and arrived as forecast.

Unfortunately my parcel was delivered to the wrong address in Portslade. The gentleman who signed the delivery note made out it was for him although the address label was clearly for me in Southwick. The delivery driver was contacted via My Hub and was able to collect the parcel and bring it to me the next day. The parcel had been opened and there was no paperwork or fitting instructions in the box. It appears the man in Portslade did not know where he had put them. I do have to stress that when putting addresses into a sat nav the post code should be used as often road names occur in neighbouring towns.

We ordered the lavatory pan late on a Thursday and it was delivered early the following Monday morning. Our builder examined it and was very pleased with quality of it. Installation is now complete and I am veery pleased with my new cloakroom. Thank you for your prompt service and delivery.
