Delivered when stated and all present and correct.
One minor concern - as with a previous order for the same part, the Securing Pin did NOT have a screw slot as shown in the diagram and description. I was able to use the previous pins, in which I had had to cut screw slots.

I found your service excellent, the part I ordered was out of date and your web site did take my money without telling me this. But it was picked up and dealt with by your team. Ive now ordered a new PCB but unfortualty gone else where, after talking to one of your sales people. Most of your competitors prices where between £141 and £149 before VAT and yours was £181. I would have paid £150 becuase I liked your service so much.
Kind Regards

Service I received was fine and prompt. I'm not a great consumer of you products, merely D.I.Y. but would use you again.

As stated below retail prices delivered to our door thus saving the railway nearly a fiver on our simple small order. Will use again.

Good prices but chaotic delivery. First one item had to be substituted and then another was out of stock despite being initially in stock. That was out of an order of only 3 items. All took many days.
