The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.

When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Waiting time for delivery seemed like forever
Item was packed in a box 40 times the size with no packing value and motor had come out of its box and was bouncing around lucky no damages
I would still recommend company
But try and pick up items from stores next time
