Dear MyTub,
Your sales team, particularly Jeannette who I spoke to today, is superb, but your website leaves or left - I see it has now been updated much to be desired. I ordered the most expensive of two heat poles and ended up being delivered the other one. I have had to pay a returns cost of £38.51 - which I think is unfair. It would be nice to have this refunded.

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. I don’t normally respond to requests for feedback but I’ve been very pleasantly surprised by MyTub. The website doesn’t inspire confidence looks a bit dated and home-brewed. Indeed I initially moved on to look for an alternative supplier. In the event the service was exemplary. Fast response to the request for lead time, simple order processing and blisteringly fast delivery. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks.

Certainly prices for the Mira spares I required to stop my shower dripping were the best on the web (though not by that much), however what a slow delivery service! Why 10 days for small items? In the end I went elsewhere and had the shower repaired and drip free before the order arrived.
