When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned. Cannot see why a single order for a small item cannot be ordered over the phone with a credit or debit card especially using something like PayPal.
