This order turned out to be a long drawn out affair as I was after a discontinued basin. The first one turned up damaged, the second one was the wrong item, the third one was correct. This is how the goods come to us from the manufactures. As we do not use couriers services the goods are delivered with great care and no need to be packed up to withstand getting kicked around a depot.
