Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. Absolutely great service. There was a problem with a delayed delivery date on my order and mytub pulled out all the stops to re-arrange order. Really great that you can chat to them directly - and within 3 rings.

good communication, but delivery times are excessively long for no real reason.
prices quoted are excellent, although an automatic option for collect at store....without having to 1st pay p&p, then get a refund should be offered.
overall very pleased but if I required a part urgently, I would look elsewhere.

The wording Does not have an automatic price update please enquire really means the price quoted on the page is meaningless. I checked the stock on the system and received an email saying the item is in stock. The system allowed me to order and pay at the price shown but I was then emailed and asked if I really wanted this colour and if so the price was 50% higher because it was a special order!
As far as Im concerned I was offered goods for a price, I accepted that offer and paid that price and then was told the price is significantly higher. I dont consider this to be good practice and recommend the wording be reviewed.
