Good service and I was kept informed.Mytub also arranged for me to pick up order at a local supplier on Saturday morning, rather than waiting for delivery on the Monday. I would have no hesitation using Mytub again.
Many Thanks, Mary Cairns

Excellent communication over the phone with a delightful chap who knows his onions and Very professional with it. The correct item was delivered on time ... So Well Done All Round and Thanks Everyone who organised and executed the Deed.

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.
