As the goods are delivered buy our own guys from branch, there is no need for excessive packing, the goods are loaded and delivered to you the same day.

Within a few hours of placing my order, I received an email back informing me that the item was out of stock, both with mytub and the suppliers, and that the best expectation was 3 weeks. I received an email update when the item was back in stock, with a promise for next day delivery, which was carried out perfectly, in the morning. I was disappointed that you didnt have the toilet seats that I ordered but the alternatives you found for me are excellent. With all the different styles and shapes of toilets it is really hard for the ordinary person to go into a shop and pick one of the shelf and be sure that it will fit properly. These ones are perfect and are of outstanding quality.
