Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. after placing initial order and paying for it i was then told my item was obsolete my tub dont stock it but they said they would source my item for me which ended up costing me £25 more than mytubs original price. i feel i could have been told before payment that they dont have items in stock leaving me free to look elsewhere or they could have quoted a price items will cost you after they order them in for you first before taking your money. not as cheap as you first appear!!
