Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Boiler nozzle arrived well packed but took over a week. I believe this was due to the item being out of stock. However it was the exact type required.

Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. The price and service were good, though the dealy from placing the order to delivery was rather long (several weeks). In practice it didn't matter in this case, but normally I woudl not have wanted to wait so long.
