Really awful delivery. Took well over a month for item to arrive!

Kept informed of the delivery dates throughout the process. Received a rapid response to my emails. 2nd order with this company. Will use again.

In spite of your advice that this delivery required a signature and in spite of my
presence in the house all day on Jan 16th the goods were not delivered.
On the morning of Jan 17th a neighbour brought the thermostats which had been left in their porch in full view and without your delivery man even ringing the doorbell.
We have the items but I do not consider this to have been very good service.

The tap arrived as you promised. My only comment your service is the lack of it at weekends!

Certainly prices for the Mira spares I required to stop my shower dripping were the best on the web (though not by that much), however what a slow delivery service! Why 10 days for small items? In the end I went elsewhere and had the shower repaired and drip free before the order arrived.

Good service, my order arrived on time. Following a query regarding a replacement item the staff member I spoke to was very helpful.
