We have a distribution
network of over 755 centers through out the UK. You’re
possibly less than 5 miles away from one of the 755
them. If you do not wish to use our delivery service
you are welcome to collect your item from your local
depot, should you wish to do so.
Should you wish to collect simply use the note box
provided during the checkout process to state you wish
to collect. You will be given the address to collect
from once the order has been placed with the correct
depot.
Please bear in mind as we deliver to you as soon as
we have your item in stock, self collection will only
quicken your delivery time one to two days. |

Very slow and your updates were a waste of time as they contained no tangable information.
We waited and waited and all we were told was an estimated delivery date andor that our order was overdue. This went on for weeks.
Not very good, doubt Id use you again.

Whilst awaiting obscure none stocked parts so obscure I don't believe another company is selling online we like to keep you informed that we are chasing the manufacture for delivery as they can take some time to come in. Sorry for any inconvenience.

After some delay in delivery due to being in lockdown and NHS requiring urgency on their washroom needs ,I was eventually given an acceptable date which got delivered as promised , so I am pleased with that . The product a washbasin tap was as requested and looks good . Yes I would deal with the company again as they keep you up to date with delivery progress....

Fantastic service! I needed a part for a boiler and the website search allowed me to find it very quickly - it seemed quite rare on other sites. Not only that but the price was excellent and free delivery included! I tried to phone the order in but was told the site was down but to email for a delivery estimate and then order online. I noted the urgency since it was January and that I have a young family. The part arrived within 24 hours and the boiler was fired up and working properly within 25!
