We have a distribution
network of over 755 centers through out the UK. You’re
possibly less than 5 miles away from one of the 755
them. If you do not wish to use our delivery service
you are welcome to collect your item from your local
depot, should you wish to do so.
Should you wish to collect simply use the note box
provided during the checkout process to state you wish
to collect. You will be given the address to collect
from once the order has been placed with the correct
depot.
Please bear in mind as we deliver to you as soon as
we have your item in stock, self collection will only
quicken your delivery time one to two days. |

Recently purchased a Rangemaster sink from My Tub. Service over the phone was friendly and professional Jeannette. Kept informed all the way through the process. It arrived when they said it would. Very happy with the overall service and would use MyTub again....

myTub can take a bow. it was a well organised buying experience from, start to finish. Their contact by email to your queries is better than most companies, on the Internet. Oh! by the way! I got an adaptor for the euro plug on the pump. Im still awaiting the instructions from the manufacturer. Which!..myTub was... in "No" way to blame for. I give you!.. 1010...for a job well done....

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. I have already recommended you to other people.
