The staff were very helpful and helped me to source the part needed and it was delivered when they informed of the date. I am extremely pleased with the service and would use them again and recommend them to others...

Absolutely delighted with my replacement Wash hand basin from Mytub. Product arrived on time and as described. Great support from Samantha and the team, really very well pleased. Would highly recommend Mytub for providing such a good service. Once again many thanks. ...

Received in two deliveries very quickly after ordering.
Unfortunately on unpacking the items, the 600x800 Elite is damaged on both the upper and lower sides. As the damage is through the paint to the metal in two places, the item will start to rust very quickly given it is to be fitted in a shower room. The packing was not marked so the damage had to have been from the factory.
Could you arrange for this item to be replaced and the damaged item to be collected at the same time
Otherwise I was happy with delivery and price.
many thanks
Gary Taylor...

Ordering was quick and easy, delivery was delayed due to product not being in stock but did not have to wait too long. However it would have been helpful to be given an approximate time for delivery. Christine was very helpful and prompt with reply to give me a time. Thankyou....
