Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. The part was sent very quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately no fault of my tub, I ordered the wrong part by accident. Lets hope they take it back....
