Very prompt replies. Good service. Slow despatch explained by company. However I felt the price for postage was exorbitant and would not shop again for this reason. ...

Extremely pleased with My Tubs service, I was surprised that they were one of only a couple of suppliers still selling what I was looking to purchase. Prices were extremely favourable too....

Thank you for ensuring that I got the parts before Christmas due to the parts being out of stock.
However I would not have ordered from you if your website had told me that you were out of stock when I placed the order!!! I had to pay the shipping to get the parts on time.
Customer support was great!
Miss-leading customers at point of order first class!!
Oppertunaty of a repeat order from me...........nil!!! Priceless!!!!...
