The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. Although I find the service you provide in responding to, and following up on, orders to be very good, your website is most confusing. There is far too much peripheral clutter, but where precise detail matters, as in giving sufficient detail of individual items available (the different types of P trap lavatory, for example), there is only the vaguest information. Thus I ended up ordering the wrong type of lavatory for my existing system. My plumber will work his way round this, but all the same I feel let down....

You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. Perhaps for trade only All in all great service and would use you again ...
