The order took a very long time to be delivered mainly becuase the manufacturer was having trouble obtaining parts for an item is now one of its discontinued range.
There were two hinges and each had a different quaility finish. However as this part is no longer made I think it was furtunate to get it at all.
The regualr updates and feed back from myTub were excellent. The best from any supplier I have had dealings with. Each time I was ready to complain I found another update letting me know there was a delay and the reason. I was very impressed and would use myTub again because of the positive experience I had.

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Thank you so much your help during my crisis was greatly appreciated and the end result is perfect, totally spot on. Thank you....

It all worked as it should have done, and I received the kit on 28 March, having placed the order on 21 March. That was quite satisfactory, but when I placed the order there was no information about delivery time, or availability.
I had to make a phone call to get this information, which I dont think I should have had to . Not quite as slick as some sites.
