Certainly prices for the Mira spares I required to stop my shower dripping were the best on the web (though not by that much), however what a slow delivery service! Why 10 days for small items? In the end I went elsewhere and had the shower repaired and drip free before the order arrived....

In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time....
