Excellent service form MyTub. Email communication very good, delivered the goods to the door of our house very quickly - even faster than stated in the emails. Radiators delivered were in good condition, and the correct parts. Price was better than competitors, will use MyTub again....

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. I am absolutely delighted with both the helpfulness of your operator, who called back with availability of stock and delivery when I needed them urgently and quality of the shower hand grips. They arrived when promised. My only suggestion would be for you to supply the screws with the item but I suppose this would increase the price which was very competitive. Many thanks....
