I am fairly happy with your service but wonder why you CONFIRMED DELIVERY as 26th September, but it did not arrive until the 27th Driver had papers with 26th crossed out & replaced with 27th BUT NOBODY LET ME KNOW! ------------- ----------------- Good afternoon, We are sorry about this. Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you. Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business. Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit.
