Laurie was brilliant. The item I wanted was obsolete but 1 was available, I couldnt order it on the website , laurie enabled it while I was on teh phone to him. The order was delivered next day and my shower doesnt leak anymore and I can turn my water on. All enabled because laurie at mytubs cared enough to sort out my £155 order. It arrived when expected albeit a few days later than originally stated. WE were kept informed via e-mail regarding the delay and have no complaints. We await a plumber so. as yet, cannot say whether we are completely satisified. Hopefully it will fit as it is a replacement for a bidet which has been discontinued....
