Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. Apart from the very late delivery, which I know was beyond My Tubs control thanks UK Mail, I know it’s a busy time of year but “Next Day” delivery was a full two days late otherwise My Tubs regular communications with me and chasing UK Mail to deliver before Christmas, were spot on. A very big thanks to Rachel, she was marvellous....

My cabinet arrived exactly as stated but had an obvius manufacturing fault. You went out of your way to resolve the problem and kept me updated with progress.
Everything was done so as not to inconvenience me.
I really don't see how you could improve on your Customer Service.

The service I received from My Tub can only be described as 1st class. I dealt with Christine and she bent over backwards to help me.
Ordering was painless and I received my order by 10 am the following day.
The web page is both comprehensive and easy to navigate and if you don't see what you want a quick phone call will solve most problems.
I will most certainly used My Tub again without hesitation.
