I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. Significant stock issues leading to late delivery and delays to my build. Very unsatisfactory.
Also, the need to send emails via your web interface is annoying if you are not at a computer trying to do it from blackberry.

The goods you ordered are specialist commercial and not a common item. I also see there where 3 items to your order but only one was stock checked which maybe the result in your disappointment, I am sorry you have been inconvenienced.
Our notes system logs you in and takes you to where you reply from a one click link in the email.

Very efficient ordering system. Arrived within a couple of days.
In my original call the person on the end of the phone helped to locate which branch held the part I needed (you only had one) so I could add this to the comments on the order. I don't have her name but she was very helpful.
For security reasons,I don't usually like ordering on-line so would have preferred to order by phone....

Took 2weeks to deliver, took money from my account straight away. When I advised them I no longer needed the part as my plumber had to go else where to carry on with my boiler repair, I was the one who had to pay for the return charge. Very disappointed an will not be returning to use this site!!...
