MyTub have one of the best websites I have ever used. I can find almost anything I need without fuss and without rip off prices. On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. This is the second time I have used MyTub and it will not be the last I am sure....

delivery driver said we would of had our order on friday but someone had put the wrong postcode on the parcel eg 5dp instead of 5dq so they couldnt find us....

My order was completed in good time, the website was easy to navigate and I was kept informed all the way through from order, dispatch and estimated delivery. My only comment would be that the items were just in a clear bag, and not boxed, which considering it contained some fairly delicate filters, this surprised me somewhat. But despite this, my order arrived safely. Very happy. Thanks....

Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. I was kept me up to date with my order process via emails. A company that deserves to do well. ...
