Fantastic service! I needed a part for a boiler and the website search allowed me to find it very quickly - it seemed quite rare on other sites. Not only that but the price was excellent and free delivery included! I tried to phone the order in but was told the site was down but to email for a delivery estimate and then order online. I noted the urgency since it was January and that I have a young family. The part arrived within 24 hours and the boiler was fired up and working properly within 25!
Great service and would not hesitate to use again

goods received thank you.
You didnt tell me the items were not in stock until after i had placed the order. Thats a bit sneaky as other suppliers tell you before you place the order and give an estimated delivery date. I suggest you start doing this as next time I will be more carful in placing an order with you until I have looked at the other sites forst....

After I discovered I had made an error in what I ordered, I requested the order be cancelled and the folks at MY TUB quickly cancelled my order without a problem. Excellent service!...

Thank you so much for all your help with my recent order and enabling me to be able to collect it instead of paying for postage. Your help and assistance has been very much appreciated, thank you....

I am delighted to have found mytub. Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding. I can recommend you to anyone - and indeed, I have already recommended you to my daughter and son-in-law.
Keep up the good work!...
