There was a slight delay in it arriving but I was kept informed of the situation all along, so it wasnt a concern. Item received 3911 instead of 31811. Waited in for 3 days in order to
sign for item as we have no near neighbours. Not at all impressed with
UK Mails delivery service. Jeanette and Christine at MyTub very helpful tho, and always pleasant throughout.

Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding. I would definitely recommend MyTub to friends and family. They had the best prices and best customer service. Christine was a super star. She contacted me to make sure my order was correct. She also sent me e-mail to let me know when I would expect my delivery. 55 stars....
