I used this company for the 1st time this week. The website was easy to use with accurate information of the required product . The service provided was excellent, prompt delivery and well packaged. I tried 4 local outlets without success, lucky to find MyTub....

Thanks for bath....arrived as advised.
Happy with bath but not with handles as they are much wider than those on the alto 70 width bath.It is not your fault and having spoken to Ideal Standard find that they do no provide an alternative which is a pity
I dont suppose you know of a possible alternative
Happy to use you again if needed

The order took a very long time to be delivered mainly becuase the manufacturer was having trouble obtaining parts for an item is now one of its discontinued range.
There were two hinges and each had a different quaility finish. However as this part is no longer made I think it was furtunate to get it at all.
The regualr updates and feed back from myTub were excellent. The best from any supplier I have had dealings with. Each time I was ready to complain I found another update letting me know there was a delay and the reason. I was very impressed and would use myTub again because of the positive experience I had.
Very very good.
